LIBRARY

Trust, as its first objective being education and awakening started the library in 1959. It is also started in its welfare centre at Teen Dongri. Both these libraries are recognised by Govt. of Maharashtra under the category of Public Libraries. These libraries contain various books on Social Science, Economics, Politics, Law and Legal matters, Autobiography & Biography and Fine Arts etc. in Marathi, Hindi & English. Some of the special editions of books available consist of Marathi Encyclopedia, 86 Consolidated Volumes of Mahatma Gandhi, 45 Consolidated Volumes of Comrade Lenin. Both of these libraries together have more than Twelve Thousand books. There is also facility of reference library. The most valuable asset of the library is the two documents – ‘Samyukta Maharashtra Movement’ and ‘Transmission lead by Gorbachev in Soviet Union’, painstakingly prepared by activist of the Trust Madhav Sathe & Mukund Jogalekar. The open free reading facility of English, Hindi & Marathi Newspapers and periodicals is available in main building of the trust, and its welfare centre at Teen Dongri. The timing is Tuesday to Saturday 12.00 to 8.00 p.m. and Sunday Morning 8.00 to 12.00 noon.
